If you love our Team classes, but are looking for something a little more specific to help build mass and gain strength our FS Strength class is perfect for you. Our strength class focuses on building muscle mass, increasing your strength, and developing your compound lifts; such as, squats and deadlifts. Whether you want to bulk up, lean out, or just get stronger our coaches will take you through an intense strength training program that pairs well with our Team classes.
